I am many things and no things. I am spacious. I am dense. I am a daughter. I am a mother. I am a teacher. I am a therapist. I am a doctor. I am an author. I am extremely limited. I am extremely capable. I am disabled. I am a survivor. I am defeated. I am still.
My life’s work has centered on helping others find relief from frozen states of suffering and access freedom to live dynamically. Through Invisible Awakenings, I offer support working with folks in the realm of awakening (see here). I would feel privileged to meet with you if you are so moved.
